RLGSA REFUND POLICY

Red Land Girls Softball Association (RLGSA) understands that unexpected situations may occur for a player or family. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case situation by the RLGSA Board and typically only approved prior to the close of registration each season. It is the responsibility of the player's parent or guardian to notify the RLGSA Board as soon as possible in the event of an unexpected situation.

In the event the current season is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the issuance of a refund, if any at all, will be determined by the RLGSA Board and communicated accordingly.
